Instructions for completion of school forms
Uniforms
To begin the enrollment process at Carden West School, please contact us to schedule a tour of the campus. A $495 Enrollment Fee must accompany the Application for Admission. A supply/snack/textbook fee is also payable with the Application for Admission. These fees are not applicable to tuition and are non-refundable unless the student is not admitted after assessment.
Each potential student will be assessed to ensure that the student meets the school's academic and social standards.
Shortly after assessment, a notification of acceptance status will be mailed for each applicant.
Step by step procedure
- Schedule tour
- Complete Application for Admission and submit Enrollment Fee and supply/snack/textbook fee
- Student assessment (no fee required)
- You will receive notification of acceptance, and enrollment contract materials.
- The first tuition payment is due August 1 and the final payment is due May 1. Tuition will be prorated for students enrolling during the middle of the school year.

If you have any questions regarding the completion of any form or need additional copies, please contact the office. New forms must be completed each year.
The first day of the 2010-2011 academic year is August 24. Parent/Guardian Orientation and "Meet your Teacher Day" will be held on August 23rd.
